How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don't receive this email containing your tracking information, you can always check your order status online by clicking Order Lookup at the top of the page. Enter your order number and email address, and you will be taken to the order status, and If you don’t remember your order number, please contact customer service, and we'll be able to help sort it out.

What are your shipping rates and options?

Salharo offers a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives when you need it. All shipping and handling information can be accessed by clicking here.

Please refer to the correct location tab to determine your shipping cost. The posted delivery times provided during check-out are estimates. They are posted to help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

How long before I get my return refund?

Salharo appreciates how hard you work for your money and does everything we can to get it back into your hands quickly. Usually within 3-5 business days after our distribution center receives your return, Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Gift card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

My package did not arrive, even though the tracking number status indicates that it was delivered. How do I locate my missing package?

Please note that sometimes the tracking data provided by carriers can be inaccurate. We recommend checking areas other than your front door or porch, such as side entrances. You may want to check with your housemates and neighbours as well.

What is Salharo return policy? orders may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We process our orders very quickly to get your product to you as soon as possible. While we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed, we may be able to cancel an order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. Why was my order cancelled? When will it be refunded?

Orders are generally cancelled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be reversed within a few hours.

How do I check on my order status?

You can check your order status online. To receive an email with your order status, enter your order number and email address online.

Does your packing slip include the pricing on it?

No, our packing slips do not include pricing.

Where do I enter a promo code?

There is a field for promo code entry in the shopping cart.

Can I stack multiple codes on one order?

No, only one promo code can be processed with each order.

Do you price match with retailers that carry your products?

No, we do not price match.
